Août en Val d’Aubois
I have spent the last 3 summers in the Val d’Aubois. The family house of my wife is located in this french country side called Berry, south of the Loire river. It’s an oasis and when I’m not gardening guess what? I’m sketching!!!
The more I sketch this region, the more I love it and new friendships are made. Upon them Babeth and Jean-Marie from “le Luisant” in Germigny l’Exempt and Marie from “la Tuilerie” in La Guerche, all together we have created this journey along the river l’Aubois to make you discover the rich historic and industrial heritage, changing landscapes and lots of artistic creations that became essential in these times of cultural shortage.
