Cuba, a country frozen in a different period of time offers much more than what we always believed in.
The true story of Cuba may only be told from the ones who have lived in this island.
I lived in Havana and Trinidad for a month in 2014 and my perceptions of Cuba has changed and shaped through the stories of Cubans.
I tried to discover the city in my usual way, without any guide, walking through the city, meeting with local and having long conversations with them.
And finally I could tell my Cuban story through my drawings and my words from a new and different point of view, the illustrated chronicle of a country that has been the focus of media during the past 50 years.
